Greenwoods Plant Fibre Natural Clumping Litter

I have a cat that has allergies so a dust-free litter is best for him. The one I was using 'Maisey' corn based seems to have dropped off a lot of sellers catalogues so trying to find a great alternative. This one leaves dust residue on their faces and sneezing while they're covering up their business. Perhaps reducing to dust in time, but if litter isn't soiled I don't want to have to keep replacing it to minimise dust. Sorry but not right for what I'm looking for.

The worst cat litter i ever had... Cats didnt like it....

We really wanted this to work... This cat litter does not work for long-haired cats. It is so lightweight and a lot of the litter sticks in the long hair on her paws and gets trodden all over the flat, even when using a litter mat. It also gets stuck in the long hair around her bottom, which has not happened with any other litter we used. Nice concept but it just isn't hygienic for long hair cats :(

I have two cats and wanted to switch to compostable/plant based cat litter. despite high hopes I was super disappointed with the odour control of this product. Despite scooping twice a day (morning and evening) the room would stink by the end of the day. I switched back to my old litter and no odour at all.

Liquid clumps are not very solid, more like a tough paste. Does not block smells at all. Grains are fairly large so the scoop will need to have large holes.

Same opinion for Cat's Best Original and Greenwoods plant fibre since they're basically the same litter. - Not economical at all! The bin fills up in 1.5 days instead of 3 with Biokat Organic Fibre Wood - Lots of dust/powder after... 2 days! (not recommended for asthmatic cats) - Stays "dirty". The broken pellets are so big, it's impossible to remove everything that's soiled... - Not much litter outside the tray, that's true, but it's replaced by dust... which is even worse.

I used to love this litter. It’s natural, flushable, doesn’t smell for a long time... But lately it doesn’t clump very well, and the cats track it EVERYWHERE in the apartment. I vacuum every single day but still find litter on the bed, the sofa, the desk – it’s so stressful. I’m looking for something better.

No problems with smell and not much dust either. However, it really doesn't clump well—the clumps fall apart very easily when cleaning. Also, it sticks a lot to the cat's paws, so you end up with litter all over the house.

Mine do use the litter box, but they often don’t cover up afterwards. In my opinion, the odour control isn’t good and it gets everywhere because it sticks perfectly to their paws. On the plus side, there’s very little dust.

The litter gets tracked everywhere, doesn’t really clump well and doesn’t absorb odours. I won’t be buying it again.
