The plastic is too flexible, so it breaks into parts when it is full of send. I have learnt to take it by base when lifting, but another problem is the real reason for considering it useless. When a cat pees neer the wall, some pee manages to flow out of the box. Sorry Savic, but that is a bad design.

Faulty door
The door doesn't work properly. Unusable in this state. You have to remove the door.

Low end product
Low end and defective product : the door never shuts properly. The point of this product is to limit odours, how is this supposed to work when the door is always open. Note: the after-sales service by email is non-existent, I had to call on the phone so that the withdrawal period does not pass. Very limited as a process.

The first time I received this article it was totally bent out of shape and unusable.
The second time, a piece came off the back after about 3 days use..
