I've found myself having to use two bags at a time just to prevent tearing. These are poor quality.

I am very disappointed with this litter box. The plastic, especially on the lid, is very thin and comes off if you try to lift it. The latch isn’t even in the right place; every time I have to wiggle the lid back and forth until it finally clicks in. The little door was being pulled off almost every day until it broke and I threw it away. I never figured out where the filter is supposed to go. Very cheap construction for this price.

Very nice jar, unfortunately it arrived with the lid broken, that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars.

Stating that the litter box is champagne pink/Tuscan red is seriously misleading!!! The actual litter box is a dark rust-red, and the rim is beige :((( I’m disappointed with the purchase, as I wanted the colour to match my pink bathroom. Otherwise, the quality is quite decent.

The size of the litter box is fine and nothing leaks out the sides if the edges get splashed. However, to clean the litter box you have to take the whole lid off. The corners of the carbon filter are left exposed inside the box, so every time the cats use it, they make sure to pull at the filter and drag it into the litter (I had to give up on it). The side clipping system isn’t secure—if there’s a bit of weight in the litter box and you lift it by the lid, it’ll come apart and fall.

I was hoping the cat litter would stay under the edge, but unfortunately it doesn’t. The front edge is too low.

I bought this type of toilet twice and both times the side plastic connectors, which are supposed to hold the bottom and top parts together, broke off.

Bought a new litter box for my cat hoping it would help contain the sand and smell a bit. But when the door doesn’t fit the frame like in the picture and is constantly tilted inside the box, it’s no use.

Before, when I had fewer cats, it used to last longer. Now they tear it up quickly, it rips really easily. I buy them on Amazon now, they're great and from another, cheaper brand.

Made from very thin plastic. The removable edge moves around and creates a feeling of instability and discomfort for cats.

The litter box door doesn’t stay closed and just hangs in the air, letting the smell escape outside. I bought it specifically to reduce the odour, but if the door doesn’t close, I pretty much wasted my money.

Attractive, and my cat likes to use it, but unfortunately she regularly pees outside of it. The urine leaks out where the two parts join, so I have to clean the tiles behind and underneath it every day… I wouldn’t buy it again…

We had the toilet for less than half a year and the bowl already broke when lifting it up. It seemed pretty unstable right from the start.

Unfortunately, the door doesn’t close… it’s a shame because it’s sturdy, but it always stays open.
