The movement is too fast and it scares the cats away.

The day after purchase, when it hadn’t even been played with much yet, I noticed several bald spots on my cat’s head, near the eyes, as well as several bald patches on the neck. Upon closer inspection, I also saw wounds. Diagnosis from the emergency vet: wounds and bald spots caused by the toy, and a bacterial infection as well. My little baby had to get two injections, then had to take medication for another 5 days and have the wounds disinfected several times a day.

Actually a cool gadget, but if it runs all day, it’s useless for me.

At first it was good, I even bought a lot of spare butterflies, but after less than a month it stopped working. It doesn't start even with new batteries.

After my cat had used the toy for two days, it stopped working, even after I replaced the batteries with new ones.

Didn’t last long, already broken after just one week, tried new batteries but it really doesn’t work anymore :-(

It stops as soon as the cat touches it, but it doesn’t start up again to keep playing. I’ve contacted customer service and it’s being looked into, but at first they told me it was normal…
