Royal Canin Veterinary Cat - Anallergenic - cat dry food

I do not know what is wrong with that food. The smell is different. He does not like it. I will buy him sensitivity again.

I bought these kibbles on my vet’s advice because my oldest cat has been having allergic reactions since the start of summer that weren’t eased by medication. I was really hopeful his condition would improve after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, after a few first bites, he totally ignored his bowl. And my younger cat did the same! Now I’m stuck with a barely opened bag of kibbles.

I looked into the topic, cat has an allergy to chicken and shouldn’t eat feather meal, not even hydrolysed. The list of ingredients is a bit scary. I’ve found better food for my cat, the scratching has eased off. We’re happy. Also, it’s very expensive.

Unfortunately, both of my cats started having an allergic reaction to Royal Canin food — they began vomiting and losing fur. I don’t know if the company switched to cheaper ingredients to cut costs, but this is the last product from this brand I’ll ever buy.
