Shame the delivery beat the shit out of the parcel before it got here, contents were a bit scuffed but overall great product and my hairy daughters love it.

Very sturdy well built tree. I have a very happy kitty, however it took longer to arrive than it should have. Got an email from the delivery company stating they were expecting to deliver it that day but It hadn't been given to them. Also I ordered it in grey and received brown. Too much hassle to return, seeing as it came from Germany to the UK. But overall the product is great, service not great this time! But no past issues.

Our cats love it so much we have had it for 3 months , I am really disappointed that the fabric that looks like fur is shedding already and pitting into holes , my sister inlaw has a smaller one and the fabric is better quality and does not shed. Other than that its very sturdy for our very active cats.

Had this tree for about 3 months now. Nice prompt delivery. Very easy to put up. Nice clear instructions. We had to leave the last piece off as our ceiling wasn't high enough. At first our 2 cats weren't interested but with a little coaxing with some treats one of them started sleeping in the box and then in the hammock. He slept in the hammock for about 2 weeks but hasn't been in since. Neither of them give it a sniff now which is a shame as it is nice looking and very high. I'll probably give it another couple of months or wait till summer to see if they regain any interest in it, if not I'll probably try to sell it on. Would give it a 5 but for the lack of interest from the cats and also, my wife noticed the hem giving way on the hammock and will need some stitches to mend.
