I got this yesterday from zooplus, I have seen reviews saying it was hard to put together with instruction! I never needed instructions as I went by the picture of the cat house, I put together in a hour, by looking at photo! It's sturdy and my cat instantly when to get into house box . love this item! Rosieb.

This tree arrived this morning, because of the poor directions, being just an exploded diagram, it took us all morning to erect it, then when we came to the last part, the bed on top, it had a faulty fixing nut so it could not be finished. Got in touch with customer services, who offered us £10 off the bill if we could manage to fix it somehow which we accepted, so the top bed now doesn't have a little pillar to it, but the cats don't seem to be minding, in fact one is asleep on it now!!!

We purchased this beautiful cat tower for our Filou ( 利恩) and as soon as we set up the Cat Tower, he loved it. The cat tower perfectly suits in apartments that aren't too big and the height of the cat tower is almost perfect for even kitten. A must have. Overall: 5 Stars

My little cat has had this cat tree for around 3 weeks and completely loves it :-) If I needed another one I would order it again!

Great size, nice and fluffy :) My cat fell in love at first sight. The assembly instructions really could be better. If you don't pay attention and get one step slightly wrong, or try and build it without the instructions, you can forget about it! You have to start over and follow the instructions to the T :P

After a trouble free assembly, my cats moved in in a flash! They have never shown this kind of love for a new tree! They alternate sleeping in all the different spaces, even underneath the hammock ;) The design is very inviting, easy to climb and romp around on - the cat tree is stable enough, but a little on the small side for both cats (5kg & 6kg). The finish of the materials is top notch, and a few small alterations make this even more fun to climb, so I ordered another Fluffy I! Together they will be one heck of tree for scratching, sleeping, and playing. Hey, if one's not enough, shouldn't I take some points off? ;)

This cat tree is worth every penny. Even while we were still putting it together, our cats were taking turns in the little cave. After roughly 30 minutes the tree was ready - solid and secure and also very stable in my opinion. It was well received by both of our cats. Highly recommended.

Despite a rubbish instruction manual, this cat tree was very quickly put up. And both of my little tigers have fallen in love with it. Very stable and very cuddly.

Quick delivery as always, fantastic tree, high quality and NOT kitschy!!! Lots of nice details. Some minus points for the lacklustre building instructions. One should allow some time for assembly. But it's worth it :)

I am super happy, we've had it for 3 weeks and my British Short Hair Viny is even crazier about it than me;) Viny loves lying in the cave, and spends half the day snoozing around in there. The scratch posts are used every day. The lying areas are sufficiently large. The toys are a nice idea but Viny tore them down after the first time playing. No disaster in and of itself, I just took the ball and sew it back on more firmly. It fits perfectly in a small corner of our flat, and is very economical with the space it takes up in my opinion. I think it looks much better in person than in the photos on here. I would recommend it to any cat lover.

Great cat tree, the assembly is a little complicated but it's definitely worth it! Great value for money

I got this a couple of weeks ago but only put it up on Monday as waiting for my adopted kittens to come to there new home. They love this tree always on it. The instructions were confusing as its just a picture with numbers but got the hang of it once figured it out. It's also a lot bigger than I'd expected but very happy with it

The cat tree is a back up scratching station at my house. It is very stable and can withstand 'hunting hour'. My cats love it. Unfortunately, the snuggle bed is a little small. I would like to swap it for a bigger one.

Very fluffy my two cats love it and spend all day snoozing in there :) Even though we have three other trees... So, very well received. I'd buy it again.

It arrived today and it is better than we expected. It was easy to build and is very sturdy. The quality is excellent. Within minutes of it being built our 6month old cat was exploring it and then fell asleep on the top bed. Clearly it gets his seal of approval. The height is perfect for a mid size tree. Love it, very pleased with this purchase.

The Cat Tree Fluffy I is totally amazing. For years it has kept my two Birmas intensely occupied. I had some doubts about how this cat tree would be received. Barely assembled, my cats immediately moved in, and something very important to me, it is as good for the big cat as it is for the little kitten. I am happy. You know how it is. Happy pets make happy owners. Thank you for the idea with the 2 sleeping areas.

The assembly was very easy - even with my two cats interfering the whole time. The finish is very good and the fabric very fluffy. Especially the hammock and the snuggle bed on the top have been favourites. Would buy again.
