Putting it together was fiddly as it was assembled in a strange order. However the cats love the little hut and the platforms by it are popular. It was a while before they tried the top bed but they use it now. The hammock is not liked at all, the cats move across the platforms avoiding it. I think it will be hard to clean, I am glad some bits are removable for washing. It is certainly well used, especially the scratch posts and the hut.

This is a lovely big cat tree and my cat loves it alrealdy. One of the holes in the base for a screw hasn't been drilled all the way through so I can't put the screw in, hence the four stars. It can hopefully be fixed with a drill. It's also slightly wobbly when my cat gets on it, but the base is nice and heavy so there's no risk of it toppling over.

I bought this for my kitten two months ago and she absolutely adores it. The frame is very sturdy and I like that you can remove the top bed, hammock and cushion from the hidey hole are washable. The only problem I have encountered so far is that some of the seams from the top bed came loose in the wash, but this was a very easy fix with a needle and thread and it hasn't happened since. Overall this product is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Quick delivery as always, fantastic tree, high quality and NOT kitschy!!! Lots of nice details. Some minus points for the lacklustre building instructions. One should allow some time for assembly. But it's worth it :)

I got this a couple of weeks ago but only put it up on Monday as waiting for my adopted kittens to come to there new home. They love this tree always on it. The instructions were confusing as its just a picture with numbers but got the hang of it once figured it out. It's also a lot bigger than I'd expected but very happy with it
