Highly appreciated
My cats love it—they take turns sleeping on it. My older cat, who has arthritis, has even started scratching her claws again. The only downside is that there doesn’t seem to be a replacement mat, so after a while it becomes unusable. Zooplus, can you do something about this?

Looks great and really comfy

Arrived broken
Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quality of the product. The scratching post arrived with two damaged (cracked) parts. I managed to put it together anyway, but I’m worried about its durability and how well it’ll hold up over time.
The scratching post itself looks nice and is quite presentable, but receiving a brand new product in this condition is unacceptable. I hope the manufacturer improves quality control and better protects the product during transport.
