My cats love it—they take turns sleeping on it. My older cat, who has arthritis, has even started scratching her claws again. The only downside is that there doesn’t seem to be a replacement mat, so after a while it becomes unusable. Zooplus, can you do something about this?

Good product, solid and durable. It's a shame there are no refills available. When it's completely worn out, I'll take it apart to use the other side. Screwdriver included.
