Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quality of the product. The scratching post arrived with two damaged (cracked) parts. I managed to put it together anyway, but I’m worried about its durability and how well it’ll hold up over time. The scratching post itself looks nice and is quite presentable, but receiving a brand new product in this condition is unacceptable. I hope the manufacturer improves quality control and better protects the product during transport.

The scratcher is small and, above all, the cardboard wore out very quickly.

It comes with a few screws and a screwdriver. The included paper says: read all instructions and warnings carefully. And that’s it! Pretty sparse!

It couldn’t be assembled because one of the side legs came broken in half.
