Both the title and the description of the item mention a cuddle pillow. However, that's not what it is. If you look very closely, it says in small print under the title that it's a laundry bag. So, misleading information. However, it was handled properly—I got my money back and donated the laundry bag to the shelter.

After using it just 3 times with only 4 towels inside, it's already completely broken. Not recommended, a waste of money!

When my cats play in it and run around, it doesn't last a minute... the rods keep slipping out and it collapses in on itself. If cats only go near it to sleep, it's probably cute, but that's not really the case here...

My dog slept in the bed for just one night. The Velcro came loose in several places, so the blanket can no longer be attached to the bed. The quality is enough to make you cry. The mat is thin and the memory foam part is only half of it.

About nine years ago, I bought exactly the same bed from ZooPlus and it's still in great condition today. I was so happy with it that I decided to buy a new one, hoping for the same quality. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The cushion is about 2 cm thinner than in the previous model. The sides of the bed are soft, uneven, and too poorly filled, so they don't hold their shape. At first glance, it looks like the same product, but the quality is incomparably worse.

I ordered exactly the same cushion again, bought the previous one 2 years ago for less money and was super happy with it. With the new version, I immediately noticed they’ve really skimped on the filling! Before, my medium-sized dog and I could lie comfortably together on the cushion and we wouldn’t touch the floor—there was even extra padding. Now, you hit the floor straight away, it’s just not right! The cover is just as bad, they’ve cut corners on everything and are charging a fortune. Manufacturer: shame on you! The only reason I’m keeping it is because I can’t return the cushion anymore 😒

My little Chihuahua just can't sleep in this bed at all. It wakes him up every time. Last night he had his old bed, and this time he felt much more comfortable and even slept through the night. He was really tense in his new bed. Last night in his old bed, he was totally relaxed. You could really tell the difference!!!!!!!! Honestly, I'd love to send this dog bed straight back!!!!!!!!! Best would be 0 stars!!! Stay away!!!!

This is now the third lounger we've had, and unfortunately the fabric tears quite quickly at the seams. The new lounger only lasted about 3 months. We're now looking for alternatives, which is a real shame, but I'd rather spend a bit more money next time. The frame is top-notch, but that's no use if the lying surface isn't sturdy.

Title says house but it's actually a laundry bag

Bought three bags to use for washing guinea pig mats. All of them tore at the seams after just one wash, no matter how much was inside 😔.

I thought it was a decent laundry bag and after using it a few times, I ordered a second one. Before the second even arrived, the first one broke at the seam. Now, within three weeks, the second bag is also broken—this time the zip has come off. Don’t buy them!

Total waste of money. The seams come apart when you put it on. Doesn’t fit the radiator. I can’t recommend this lounger at all.

I received a used product with a thread sewn into the hole!

I have a cat weighing 2.5 kg (light) and tried it twice. The poor cat managed to escape onto the cat tree each time, just before the whole thing fell off. I don’t dare to attach it again.

Twice it arrived with a broken canopy. After half a year, the sisal on the front post unravelled. Claimed under warranty, got a new one. After another three quarters of a year, the same thing happened, plus the beds and the hammock are tearing. Washed a total of 5 times during that period. Luckily, we have two other scratching posts. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I only received the washing bag and not the pillow; the item description is very vague. I had ordered the Ginger pillow but only the bag arrived.

When purchasing 3 of the baskets (2 of which are very bad and the third is thick and fluffy), I also bought 3 spare covers. However, these are extremely thin and break right away—one scratch and there’s a tear in them. Tried to contact customer service about the baskets, but got no response via the app or email.

Used once at 30 degrees. Tore along 45 cm. Now useless.
