Delivered broken
The item was delivered with broken clamps. Seems like they easy broke during the transportation.

Cat carrier
The clasps holding the top door broke the second time we used it, my cat weighs less than 5kg so is not too big. Evidently you cannot get replacement clasps either for some reason

Very disappointed
When I was putting this carrier together one of the clasps broke but it seemed sturdy enough. After less than 2 months use I need to purchase a new carrier as the opening on top has become loose and is pulling away. It is therefore not safe to carry this by the handle, I need to hold under the bottom as well as the handle when bringing my kittens to the vet

Hooks for carrying strap don't attach
I could not get the hooks that are intended to allow a carrying strap to be attached to go on (one end of each hook will go in but then the other will not).
There is no answer on the support line.
