Trixie Vario Mobile Kennel

Habe die Box für meine 3monatige Border Collie Hündin bestellt...leider hielt der Reißverschluss und der Stoff den nächtlichen Knabberattacken der kleinen Dame nicht stand, eine langweilige Nacht und ein Eingang ist nicht mehr verschließbar. Die kleine hat sich darin aber gleich wohlgefühlt, die Box ist leicht auf- und abbaubar und gut zu transportieren. Für den, der kein Knabbermonster zu hause hat ist die Box empfehlendswert.

Wir haben die Box für unseren Havaneser Sammy gekauft, sie bietet genug Platz für ihn. Er hat sie sofort inspiziert u. nutzt sie ab u. zu als Rückzugsort, aber auch im Auto war sie schon im Einsatz! Würde die Vario wieder kaufen!

The carrier was very quick to put together, and our doggy absolutely loved it straight away!

Die Box ist super stabil und robust gegen kleine Welpenzähne und Hundekrallen. Sie ist sehr schnell und unkompliziert aufzubauen. Wir haben die Größe L gekauft und denken, dass unsere Ellie auch ausgewachsen mit ca. 50 cm Risthöhe ausreichend Platz hat. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit dieser Box. Sie ist ihr Geld wirklich wert!

We bought the box in size XL for our Belgian shepherd. When we brought him home at 8 weeks, we put a cardboard box inside the kennel so that he wouldn’t feel lost in the larger cage, and to help with housebreaking. She took to the box straight away and so far so good. At night we leave the top flap open so he can see us through the mesh. The first night he went a bit mad and had a good chew on the inside of the carrier, but it survived. The zipper on the side is expandable, and sometimes it gets stuck, but at the moment is still working ok (we’ve had the kennel for over 3 months now). However, the zip on the cover of the lining has broken, because our puppy just loves chewing on it! I really like how easy it is to put the box together and take it apart: there are only two cross braces to put together, and the box is ready. CONCLUSION: We would definitely buy this travel box again, as we are very satisfied with the price/performance. One star deducted because of the slightly dodgy zip on the side, and because the cover didn’t last very long when our puppy was chewing at it.

On the whole this is a brilliant carrier! What is not so great is that the front opening with the plastic mesh has now become a bit crumbly and broken. Room for improvement there!

We ordered this kennel for our 9 week old Beagle lady. Super quality and easy to put up and take down! Especially great because the walls can be opened! We use it as a place for her to sleep and she has accepted it very happily. We always leave the top open and the kennel next to our bed, so if she cries we can just drop a hand in there and she quietens down again. She also lets us know very quickly when she needs to "go"... she isn't trained yet, but she doesn't want to pee in her kennel :-)

We bought this kennel (size L) for our Siberian Husky. Well made and the dog loved it straight away. Fits perfectly in a Vauxhall Astra without having to fodl down the back seat. s if it was custom built!

The box is super practical because it can be set up or folded away in no time at all. Plus, it fits well even in smaller boots. Buuut... the mesh is very easy to tear, it rips super easily. So if your dog gets a bit rowdy, the mesh is gone and your dog is running all over the car. Our Aussie has already destroyed two sides, and the box is only 2.5 years old. Now, with the holes in the mesh, it's no longer usable and has to be disposed of at a high cost :(
