Crazy small my 4 month lab didn’t fit in medium so I doubt large would fit either :(

I love this harness and it's a lot easier to put on than my previous one. The material is soft, but strong. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the size is a tad small for my boy, so when the harness is clipped, it's a big tight. I ordered Medium size for my 5 month old Cockapoo, so will order Large next time.

This harness is really comfortable and great but you might want to size up. I have a beagle and I ordered the second largest one and it is kinda small. I measured him and i should've bought the biggest one. So this is a great harness but it runs small

purchased this item for my shih Tzu, being a small dog I bought a small one, this however was too small for the Velcro to meet and attach itself, phoned zooplus to return items and was told id be refunded and to donate them to charity/ other dog owner. what a wonderful gesture, hooray for zoo plus 10 out 10. r w day

I have had 3 of these harnesses since my 5 yr old Frenchie was a pup. They are light weight, comfortable and help ensure the dog doesnt over heat - this is very important in a breed that can die from over heating! The dogs love them and get very excited every time we take them out as it means walkies. :)

Perhaps this is a better harness for a small dog. As I can imagine.. Maybe it's too soft for a big dog. I love this so much... I have backups for when they've had too much wear. Saying that... I got a good 2 years out of the previous one! As I've now taken on the brother of my Min Pin.... I wanted to get a matching one for him. They look adorable.. But seem to be comfy and fit the min pin shape.... I also have a Papillon... And it works for him too. The big chest and little waist.....

I am pleased with this harness as we bought it for the summer, although my dog doesn't seem to like us putting this one on her! It is very reflective at night and in the sun day times. Because of the material it is made of, it has stretched and we were left with just holding the lead and the harness in our hands while out on a walk with our dog, she had slipped out of it!

Be very aware of the sizing, measure your dog carefully before buying! These are designed for smaller dogs, so XL isn't going to fit your 35kg labrador! My small (14kg) staffy requires the size L. Having said that, the harness is fantastic, and I only wish they did larger sizes so I could buy one for my other dog. Mine been in regular, rough use for 6 months and has needed the edging sewed back on, and looks a bit worn now, but is still going strong. I will happily buy another due to price.

Easy to fit and comfortable for my small poodle cross. Great value for money. Lots of people have stopped us to admire this harness and say how good it is compared to normal harness. The Velcro is starting to lose it's stick after 4 months use several times a day. We also use it as a car harness.

it's not worth money at all. my dog is free after one minute. badly designed, allows dog to take it out with no effort.

This harness was purchased for a 7 month old Vizsla.It fits really well and is great for when he is pulling.He has recently worked out that if he pulls back the harness comes off over his head giving him the freedom he loves. However on the negative - The stitching has unravelled after only 1 months use and one of the metal rings came off and was lost and the velcro has nearly come off too so although I like the harness the actual quality isnt too good. I will buy another one soon but wouldnt pay too much for them as you will need to keep renewing

I ordered a Large for my 4 month old Labrador puppy but I've had to get the Xl now as it's getting a bit tight. Great quality, everyone comments on it an he doesn't pull. Nice an padded so I'm sure its comfortable. Would recommend!

I bought an XS harness for my new mini schnauzer puppy who is almost 9 weeks old. It fits perfectly (and provided entertainment this morning watching him act like a bucking bronco when he first tried it on!). It is a good quality and well made item, which fits him perfect at the moment. I will certainly be buying the next few sizes up (in time), as he grows up. Much better than other more expensive harnesses I have bought previously (for other dogs).

I ordered a S size for my friend's dachshund and an XS for my little girl. We were a bit sceptical about what would arrive given how cheap these are compared to similar 'posh' branded harnesses. We needn't have worried - they're amazingly well made, so easy to put on and fit our two girls perfectly, despite dachsies being an odd shape. We both had tried, and been very disappointed with, very expensive branded harnesses, which neither of our dogs liked, especially when they had to be put on and off over their heads and ears. Not so this harness - it goes on in seconds, easily and without struggling, is soft, and has nothing sharp or scratchy in contact with the dog. If I had one very small criticism, it's that the two top straps 'flap about and clatter' when the dog is off the lead, but they don't seem to mind this and it can't hurt them. I may get a small carabiner clip to hold the straps together when my girl is off the lead as she's so tiny the straps are proportionally quite large, but I would still recommend this product without reservation. In fact, I was so impressed, I'm ordering another for my Scottie cross!

Easily the best harness available; step in, easy top fastening with velcro tab and snap together clips, easy clean... So much better than side or underneath fastenings. Snap together clips are a bit strong but a bit of judicious thinning with a sharp knife adjusted that - but the Velcro, plus the two D rings held by the lead clip, mean that you could even manage without the clip if it broke! Plus it does not cause our LLasa and Llasapoo fur matting like the ribbon harnesses did. Brilliant! (Great price too!!)

Easy and quick to put on my dog (a 5 months old staffy bitch) and has a soft feel which hopefully won't rub. However i got the size Large thinking it would be quite sufficient for a young female staffy and it fits her snugly. So in a few weeks i'll have to get the XL size. My dog isn't particularly big she is average for her breed.

Comfy, lightweight and breathable. We get the small for our slim (ish) pug. She is bordering on a medium. We have had to buy about 6 of these over the past year, as the Velcro wears quickly and soon becomes near on useless (2 walks a day). If the Velcro could be improved, this would get 5 stars. A Hi-viz bright yellow or orange one would be great, as a black harness on a black dog makes it difficult to see in the woods, especially at this time of year.

I have a Lhasa Apso who loves running like the wind, for short periods. At first she was suspicious of it but once out walking she was fine with it on. 2nd time I used it I put it on the wrong way round but didn't notice until saw that the neck was very loose but under the chest part seemed tight. Didn't bother her at all and think she prefers it that way. Very easy to get on and off causing no distress to my fussy princess (|Temple Dog)

I am now awaiting my third size (medium)to fit my growing miniature poodle puppy who is now 5 months old. This has to be the best value harness to take the stress out of putting one on and it is really secure and comfortable when on. He hates the velcro being pulled open when it is taken off but, so what? I shall use this harness to secure him in the car too.

I got this for my little JR which he like's as it do'es not pull or chaff him. I have tryed it both way's & one way is to tight around his chest the other which could be dangerous, is he pull's out of it very easy. This harness was meant for dog's that pull. Mine tend's to dig his paw's in, or drag behind.

Comfortable for my dog, didn’t chafe him anywhere even though he’s a stocky dog.

A disaster, awful, badly stitched, thin, poor-quality material, terrible that such a supposedly reputable company sells this kind of rubbish :( I used to buy ones that looked identical, thought I was getting the same thing, but this isn't even close to what I had before—it's a cheap knock-off.

I already had this harness for my late dog, and it's very easy to put on, secure, and the dog can hardly wriggle out of it, even if she tries to pull in another direction, for example. I've now bought it for my one-year-old, still very lively, female dog because I was already satisfied with it before. The material is great too, doesn't chafe the skin, and is breathable. Clear recommendation to buy.

Good harness, nicely padded and simple. However, I should have ordered it one size bigger and ended up choosing a different one.

I agree with the other customers’ reviews—I’ve bought these harnesses a few times and they were always perfect. But this time I ordered my usual size L and the harness is way too small. I’m disappointed because these were my favourite harnesses.

I agree with the opinion that it used to be a great product—I bought it many times, it was durable, made from good quality materials, really well finished, and the sizing was always spot on. But now, the materials they use are terrible, and the workmanship isn’t much better either. Unless the original product comes back, there’s no point buying it, because it’s just money down the drain.

They used to be great. Over the past 8 years, I think I’ve gone through 4 or 5 of them. The current ones are lower quality, stiffer, and smaller in size.

A few years ago they were great, but unfortunately now the quality is much worse, and the size L turned out to be much smaller than it used to be.

A very simple, not so well-made harness with a clasp that is extremely hard to open. My daughter (16) couldn’t open it at all. Also, the fit is smaller than the size chart suggests. I’d recommend ordering one size up!

Unfortunately, poor quality. Some seams are coming loose and the fit isn’t great either. It’s not an expensive harness, but it really looks cheap as well. The reflective material is very noticeable though. Lola is between XS and S. Went for the S, but you can tell it’s a big jump in size compared to the XS according to the size chart. XS would have been too small. The buckle is really hard to open, so in that sense she’s strapped in tightly, let’s put it that way. All in all, I wouldn’t buy it again, unfortunately.
