Wolf of Wilderness RAW Freeze-dried Snacks Saver Packs

We’ve been Zooplus customers for many years, first in the UK and now in France. We’ve always been happy with the service, but the recent changes to the dog food recipes have really disappointed us. The quality has dropped significantly: the new recipes contain much less protein than before, which is, for us, an incomprehensible change when it comes to feeding our pets.

New recipe to avoid... not at all the same quality, half as much meat. It would have been better to keep the old recipe and raise the price a bit. So now I'm also looking for another brand. And the resealable bag was also a plus that's now gone.

The chicken hearts used to be inhaled by my dachshund. Now they’re just sniffed briefly and then ignored. Such a shame, as I’ve already bought and fed around 100 cans.

The recipe has changed and my dog doesn’t like it anymore—she won’t eat the kibble now, even though she used to love it. Also, the bag used to be resealable but not anymore, which isn’t practical.

First try with the new recipe: a disaster—my Lagotto had immediate digestive issues and started passing yellow stools… The old recipe was just fine, and even better, the Explore the Blue River range was fantastic, but it seems to be permanently out of stock now… I made the mistake of buying a pack of 4 straight away because I had a history of trusting the brand… I think I’ll be switching brands…

Ordered this variety again and I'm totally disappointed! Hardly any chunks in the tin, everything's fallen apart and crumbly, some of it as fine as breadcrumbs. I definitely won't be buying this again!

These were always eaten very, very gladly by our tomcat, which is why we usually ordered 12-16 cans in advance. Unfortunately, nothing from the last order was eaten. The smell is different, the packaging has changed slightly, and a silica gel packet was included. Now, unfortunately, we have to find another manufacturer.

The bag in this category no longer has a zip for closing. Very disappointed.

Our cats always loved eating the dried chicken hearts, but now something has changed—the smell is different and now there’s a silica gel and an oxygen absorber packet inside… our cats refuse to eat the hearts now. Such a shame… we’ll be looking for another brand.
