Quality food
I started using this food after my greyhound had a bout of pancreatitis and I needed to feed her a low-fat, moderate protein food. This food fits the bill and she is doing very well on it. I mix it with the Burns pouches and she finds it very palatable. Another advantage of this food is that it is lower in calories than some so you can feed them an amount which satisfies them without putting on weight.

Fantastic Food
I have two miniature dachshunds that love this Burns food. I mix the kibble with a small amount of Burns Penlan Farm wet food and bingo .... a recipe for happy, energetic dogs, no upset tummies, amazing shiny coats and great comments from the vet saying they are in tip-top condition!! What more could I ask for?

Rescued
18 months ago we rescued what should have been a very large breed dog from an undesirable house. He was terribly underweight with no muscle mass and very fussy over what he ate as he had only ever been fed cold sausages. We tried quite alot of brands of food to no avail, it wasn't till we took him to a dog training school for his behaviour and the trainer recomended burns that we finally found something he likes, the trainer gave us trial bags of every flavour of food and when we found one he liked we ordered the large bag and he's been on it ever since, People now comment on his muscle definition on his back legs and how shiny his coat is. He's come on leaps and bounds being on burns. We have also just got a puppy huskie who we have put straight on to burns and he loves it, doing great. So don't look any further burns is best.

Love it
Our 3 dogs are very settled on this food. Their coats have a good sheen. For some reason our springer spaniel couldn't tolerate the Burns chicken and rice and so we moved all the dogs onto the lamb and rice and now have a very happy household!

Dog's love it
I have recently changed my 5 dogs onto Burns fish and brown rice. They all love the food. I have noticed an improvement in their coats and reduction in the volume of their stools.

Excellent food.
The breeder of my current dogs recommended this food and I tried it because she raved about it,its British made and vets seem to like it. Best decision I made and now my daughter uses it also.Great for digestive system no more upset stomachs and only twice daily toileting.

Excellent Food
Not the cheapest food on the market, but well worth the cost. We have fed Burns to our GSD & Beardies for years, from puppyhood to old age, and they thrive on it.No vet visits for diet related problems, just fit & healthy dogs.
I have found Zooplus sell at the best price & delivery reliable & prompt.

NOT TO THE TASTE OF MY GOLDEN OLDIE
My dog Ramses is 16 years and 2 months old. He had an acute pancreatitis at Christmas and is now on a low-fat diet. I have been cooking his meals, but it is time consuming, so when I read about Burns dog food I thought it would be ideal for Ramses. Unfortunately Ramses does not like Burns dry food. If we put it in his bowl, Ramses takes 'a sniff' at it and walks away. If hand fed, he spits them out. Burns food has excellent reviews from Zooplus customers, and I believe it is a good product (my 2 years old whippet loves the Burns dry food she has inherited from Ramses). However be aware that golden oldies who are fussy eaters might not like it even if it is good for them. So back to slavering over the hot stove for me!

simple, natural ingredients!
Our two year old cockapoo used to vomit frequently when she was on pro plan but since switching to Burns her digestive system has been so much better. She can tolerate all five varieties of Burns without any digestive problems whatsoever. However, being a young, active dog, she needs to be fed more than the recommended amount on the packaging, otherwise, she loses weight.

Burns dog food
I have given my dogs Burns food for a very long time, in my opinion it it the best dog food you can buy. My Border collie has a coat that looks as though it has been polished, it is that shiny. You could not tempt me to change to another brand whatever you offered.

Great results
This is the third dried food I've fed my dog & it's had brilliant results. We were buying good quality food previously & although he loved it it didn't love him!
After only a week on burns he stopped having an upset stomach. Now 3 months on he's full of energy with a gleaming coat & never a bad tum. He's never looked so healthy.

Suits my dog
Long story but had to change foods on veterinary advice from TOTW. A problem she has and no fault of the food I used to feed her. She is doing great guns on this food and am well pleased I was recommended it. Unusual for a vet to recommend a dog food that they don`t sell, thats the type of vets I trust. Thankfully this food has totally cleared up her digestive problems, lots less mess to pick up also as all her food is now being digested.

So Far Very Good, Pleased I changed
Our dog is really fussy and the only food that she's ever really enjoyed eating is a lower quality meaty bite but I was not happy with the ingredients, the fact that her breath was really beginning to smell when it never had before, and she does and has always had a bit of a sensitive tum. My brother was feeding his dog on Burns and they thrive on it, looking sleek, happy, energetic and coats are so shiny so I investigated all the options and narrowed down to two with Burns being the more widely available (which helps). I wasn't sure about the low protein but then thought she would be getting extra protein from treats in any case. She's been on it for a couple of weeks, has less doggy odour already and her breath is back to normal (hardly smelling at all). An unexpected benefit is that she seems playful again in the evenings which is something which had also declined. Also not so much to pick up on walks ;-) I give it to her dry (sometimes moist) and what she doesn't eat now I put in a treat toy and she always goes back to it eventually. She's just fussy and trying it on to get something else (like cheese I expect) but I'm intending to stay with Burns.

No more upset stomach!
One of our 5 dogs had a very sensitive stomach until we fed him this (not much fun in a 45k dog)- he will eat anything it's just nothing else agrees with him! He is so much happier now. Well done to Zooplus for their excellent delivery service too.

Only the best will do.
I've been using Burns food for my Labrador since she was a puppy. She's a year old now and she is as healthy a dog as you'll find.
Her coat gleams and it's a constant source of conversation with other dog owners. Her stools are hard, not smelly and there's not much of it to bag, so that's a bonus!
I wouldn't feed my dog any other food.

Best ever
Would you feed your child Mc Donalds every day? No? then why feed your dog rubbish! Check out the ingredients, compare with other "top brands", it costs me 1.22 euros per day for my 30 kilo dog, who is gleaming and healthy with magnificent musculature. I cannot recommend this food highly enough.
