The New Recipe is terrible, the food is completely dried out. Maybe its the large bag thats at fault because its not foil. I've used this for years as 4 of my dogs are on it, they all loved it. I've changed to a different brand now still with zooplus.

After the packaging changed, the food’s recipe changed too. My dog is now reluctant to eat it and unfortunately has started scratching himself. I won’t be buying this food again, although before the packaging change he would only eat this brand and I thought it was great.

The old one was really good, it solved every problem. With the new one, you need to use more, the pieces are very light. Since my pet started eating the new one, they've developed a rash and their fur is falling out more. This food is going in the bin. Maybe it will work for someone else, but for me it was a disappointment.

I don’t know what’s going on, this is already the second batch of food I’ve ordered and it’s completely different from what I used to get.

A very noticeable change to the product for the worse, no smell and they seem kind of "drier"—my dog doesn't want to eat it.

We used to love it. The packaging was good, resealable, small pieces, my dog liked it and I was happy that, being insect protein, it was much more environmentally friendly than, say, buying lamb meat. Now, after the change: you can’t reseal the package, I have to scoop out such a huge amount of food for my dog (to reach the previous 300g) that I don’t even have a measuring cup big enough, and my dog, who’s usually always hungry, refuses to eat it. Long story short, I’m really sad—I have to start testing dog foods for months again.

Recently I bought Concept for Life Insect Hypoallergenic food from Zoo Plus. Previously, I got the 12 kg bag and it was great. Unfortunately, this time the packaging has changed, and when I opened it, I noticed the food looks completely different – it has no smell at all and the colour is different too. My dog simply refuses to eat it because it lacks both taste and aroma. It’s nothing like the previous one and I’m really disappointed. I have a photo but I can’t add it to my review!!
