Whenever I order, there’s always some change—sometimes the kibble is small, sometimes it’s big. This time, for example, it’s small, which is good, but it’s also very light, and the colour and smell are different. I really hope it won’t cause any problems for my Yorkie. I finally found a food that doesn’t upset him, and I don’t want to have to test again to see which one works. I hope I won’t be disappointed!

This batch is different from the others I’ve been buying for years. My dog doesn’t want to eat it, and eating is usually a pleasure for him. The kibbles are really big, and he’s choking on them.

The new bag I received doesn’t weigh 12 kilos. The kibbles are the same size but not the same colour, and they’re all really light. Why change the packaging (the bag doesn’t reseal anymore) and the recipe without telling customers? Disappointed, I’ll be switching brands.
