It's bad that they don't include the calcium content; for large breeds this is really important. If you ask Proplan directly, you eventually get it, but in my opinion it's a bit on the high side. Also, I find that they have a lot of stools, hair loss, and scratching because of it. For now, I won't be using this kibble anymore.

For some reason, our mixed breed Greek shepherd couldn’t tolerate this food. Halfway through a 15kg bag, the dog started having digestive problems and we noticed a bit of blood in his stool. As soon as I stopped feeding him this, his stool was normal again. Of course, it could have been something else, but after switching to a different food, the problem disappeared.

I’ve already placed several orders for 14 kg bags. It’s always been great value for money and I’ve never had any issues with delivery. However, I’m disappointed with my last order. Compared to usual, my bill went up by almost 30 euros—a big increase. On top of that, the order didn’t arrive at my home as expected; I had to pick it up at a small collection point and the box was completely torn open. And the gift I won with my points? Gone. Such a shame.

These are ingredients that can cause allergies, and it’s also not a veterinary or hypoallergenic food, so before buying, if your pet struggles with various issues, it’s worth taking a closer look at what’s inside. Overall, my American Bully Pocket tolerates it quite well. The redness on his paws is going away, which actually got worse with some premium brands. The biggest downside is that he burps after eating it.
