FELIWAY Diffusers help your cat to feel secure and happy, even in different surroundings or changed situations. When a cat feels happy and safe in its environment, it deposits pheromone (scent) marks on furniture or other prominent objects. These marks convey a message of well-being and a feeling of safety. FELIWAY mimics the cat’s natural facial pheromones to create a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment.

FELIWAY is available as a diffuser and as a spray and can be used in the following situations:

To make your cat feel safe and secure
To calm your cat if it is showing symptoms of stress
To reduce stress when there is disruption to your cat’s environment

The diffuser is designed for use in Europe and therefore comes with a power adapter for use in the UK.

The Feliway® Diffuser refill is easy to use:

Remove the vial cap and screw the diffuser onto the vial and gently tighten.
Plug the diffuser with vial into a socket in the room where your cat is marking or where it likes to be.
Make sure when plugging the Feliway® diffuser in, that the vial is beneath the diffuser
Important: Please make sure that the diffuser is not covered by furniture or curtains, as this can run the risk of building up blockages, which may prevent the pheromones from dispersing in the room properly.
Once plugged in the diffuser immediately starts to distribute the pheromones into the circulating air.
In large homes, or if your home is on more than one storey, you should plug in several Feliway® diffusers.
Leave the Feliway® diffuser plugged in for at least 4 weeks
A 48ml vial will last about 4 weeks in an area approx. 50-70 m².
If you cat continues or starts to mark while the Feliway® diffuser is plugged in, please do not punish or tell your cat off. This will only stress your pet out even more.
If your cat persistently marks you can reinforce the effect of the Feliway® diffuser with the Feliway® spray.

Please note:

Always consult your vet if your cat is showing signs of stress. Your cat's problem may be of a clinical origin and may require further treatment.
Please read the instructions before use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not spray in the eyes, or on open wounds. If you get any in your eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor
If you should accidentally swallow any of the liquid please get immediate medical advice and show the product label.

A staple in our house

We buy this refill every month religiously! As soon as it runs out we see massive changes in our kitty who has anxiety so we need it 24/7. Zoo plus prices cannot be beat. The refills retails in shops for €36.99 but is only €19.99 on zooplus. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for our feliway products. Speedy delivery too! Cannot recommend the product and zooplus enough!

Neurotic kitty became calm kitty

Our vet diagnosed Louise as having anxiety syndrome. She was over grooming and licking the hair completely off her belly. We thought it was because there was a new cat in the neighbourhood. As soon as I plugged the Feliway in, she (and our other cats) lay down in front of the diffuser and mellowed right out. She hasn't groomed her belly since. The Royal Canin cat food with melatonin helps as well.

Magic :-)

Our cats are quite laid back but taking them on long car journeys is definitely pushing it a bit. Sprayed this in carriers before setting off, and during the journey - cats were blissed out all the way from England to France. Excellent product.

Calmed my Toyger

Purchased this as 1 of my toyger boys was quite hyper and seemed alarmed at most things. His brother was quite laid back. Almost straight away he seems very relaxed and sits still long enough for us to stroke him which we couldn't do before. They have lived with us for 4 weeks now and this weekend has made quite a difference which can only be the feliway. Recommended

Amazing product

I wouldn't have said my indoor cat was at all stressed, but he was prone to destructive behaviour - things like knocking things off shelves and leaping on to the tops of doors. I got some Feliway and within 12 hours he was like a different cat. He's still got character but he doesn't do things which risk hurting him any more. I noticed that if his behaviour deteriorated, the diffuser was invariably almost empty. I've learned to always keep a refill spare so there's no break in usage.

Genuinely amazed

My Ragdoll cat had a run in with my neighbours dogs a while ago and has not wanted to go outside since. She has seemed unhappy and not herself. On recommendation from my vet I decided to try Feliway. My cat was enthusiastically chewing at the unopened bottle lid before I removed it to insert the bottle into the plug in diffuser! The results are great, on day 2 of using the Feliway my ragdoll has gone outside, albeit for less than a minute but its a positive step forward. She is much more energetic and playful in the house and is purring more. This product is certainly worth trying if you have an unhappy or stressed cat. I had my doubts but it is indeed a brilliant product that works for my cat.

Felliway

My cat had licked his inside back legs and part of his stomach bald, so I ordered Felliway as the reviews had been really good. Unfortunately it hasn't worked very well at all as he is still over grooming. Shame !!

The product I've been searching for!

My 20 week old kitten has anxiety issues due to him being taken from mum at 5 weeks. He is very clingy, needy and gets stressed out very easily. A recent trip to the vet for neutering resulted in him repeatedly peeing on my bed and fighting between my two. A trip back to the vets to rule out a UTI and he recommended Feliway. I was dubious, how can something you plug in to your wall help combat my cat peeing on my bed?!? But I am so happy with the product! Both of my cats are so much more relaxed and not a single wee on the bed or scrap. I'm just sad I didn't find out about this product when he was first with me as I'm confident it would have relieved sooo much stress.

Amazing results!

After a two week stay at a cattery, a first time for all our cats, two of them had started getting a bit rough with each other. We didn't know what to do but Feliway was recommended and we decided to give it a try. We only bought one for the whole of the house and I was uncertain if it would work, but around 5 days after it had been plugged in the fighting stopped. Now it's only playful fighting following by them snuggling up to each other like they did before.

Unbelievable!

Having read the varying opinions in the reviews, I decided to give Feliway a go, as I have recently taken in a stray cat & already have a well-established, Oriental girl who hates new-comers. Result! No fighting & no furniture-clawing (which stopped the very day I first plugged Feliway in). It's like magic! Not saying they are best friends just yet, but they are both sleeping on the bed next to me without scratching each other's eyes out. One tip: you need a Feliway diffuser plugged in for EACH LEVEL of your home.

So pleased

bought it when I first got my girl and then again when I got my boy and then when we moved house thinking we only need it for stressful times but it's a fantastic product to use permanently. it lasts so long and makes such an enormous difference to my indoor Bengal cats. My boy has some separational anxiety from the first person who bought him from the breeder and didn't want him. They must have shut him in a room for long periods because as soon as a door is closed he cries like a baby. My girl is very skittish and nervous usually. After this has been plugged in I notice a difference right away. After a few hours they're very happy cats. My girl isn't jumping at every little noise from outside. She's much more actively playing, rubbing her face on things and generally being very happy - she is usually nervous during the day and more active and loving at night when the house is quieter but with this she's the same all day long. My boy doesn't cry half as much if I have to close a door (with them being indoor cats I do have to shut them away to safely open the front door etc) and he doesn't get spiteful about it either (he's been known to bite me -not hard but just because he doesn't want to be left). Absolutely fantastic product. you wouldn't believe such a small thing could make such an enormous difference. Definitely recommend.

Feliway Diffuser

One of our 3 cats used to spend all of her time hiding under a bed, but since using the Feliway diffuser she is now happy and relaxed in the company of our other cats and joins us all on the sofa of an evening. We were amazed at the effect it had on her.

5 for the product 2 for the supply

Feliway is a brilliant product,I have used it successfully for years with many of my cats and it really works. 5 STAR all the way. The 2 STAR part of my rating is because this supplier sends out Mainland European Feliway packs, which provide instructions in many languages, but none of them ENGLISH. I have spoken with Feliway re this and they have said they will contact the supplier to try to ensure that UK customers receive packs with English instructions. It was not a problem for me, as I have used the product for years, as stated above. However, for a first time user, it is disappointing to receive a pack with no instructions.

chilled out!

I have been buying the Feliway refills as my cat has been nervous from the first day we got her. She suffers from stress cystitis. Since we have been using Feliway there is a difference. We certainly know when it has run out.

Could not do without!

I have 6 beautiful well behaved Birmans. Four of which are only 7 months old. The babies took to scratching my wooden kitchen cupboards and leaving a mark. A few days of spraying Feliway on the areas and they do not scratch. Have also used this when the kittens used to pee and poop in inappropriate places. This i put down to age but after spraying Feliway they promptly stopped. Will always have a bottle to hand when they decide to do naughty kitty things so that they don't pick up bad habits

It Works

We have a 17 year old cat who was used to being the only cat for many years. Eventually, the ex-stray cat who had been fed and sheltered in the garden for a long time was brought inside to live with us once neutered. Needless to say, even though the old cat was familiar with the stray - who isn't even dominant - he became unhappy and stressed. It was an anxious time for us all until we invested in a couple of Feliway diffusers. Took a bit of time to take effect but it certainly seemed to calm things down and the old cat regained his confidence and was calmer. Interesting to note is if we let the diffuser run out without refilling, it does have an effect on our older cat and he becomes anxious & stressed again. Have now learnt to keep a spare refill in stock !
