The cardboard boxes arrive open and several of the cans inside are dented.

The products have gone downhill for some time now. They’re putting pieces of different meat in them. My cat is less and less willing to eat.

The same thing is happening with my cats. They used to eat it all up, loved it, but now they just sniff it and won’t touch it. What’s going on with these products? They’re more expensive now and the quality’s worse...

The product itself is actually good, but ZooPlus’s service is terrible. Unfortunately, you can only rate the product, not the service, even though that would be useful. I waited weeks for my items, as delivery only succeeded after several attempts. I had to reorder at ZooPlus’s request, and at a higher price. Not to mention how many times I had to call customer service and how many emails I had to send them because of all this.

My cats love it, but in some tins the texture is too dry—they just lick the little bit of liquid and leave the rest, so I end up throwing it away.
