Seems to help
My cat has been suffering from urinary problems. After seeing the vet and getting loads of tablets she recommended this food.
He seems to be returning to his old self and will continue to feed this food!
Would recommend if you're cat has urinary issues too!

My cat loves this food which she is on under my Vet's instructions. Has started to put weight back on after losing too much.
Has kept my cat healthy
Our cat collapsed. We found out that he had a kidney problem with high Uremia . He was at the Vet for one week with drips ,etc. Since then has been on this product (over 2 years ) No problems sicne

Excellent for controlling pancreatitis
This is the one to go for if your cat has diarrhoea caused by pancreatitis. Morning floor clean-ups were becoming all too frequent but have reduced by about 90% since I put my cat onto this diet, and presumably he feels more comfortable too. I also give him one of the Royal Canin gastro-intestinal biscuits (not the low calorie one) and he is fine on this too. Beware another Royal Canin soft food called sensitivity-something else - I bought this once by mistake and the diarrhoea came back.
Happy Cat
I have an elderly blind cat with kidney problems and high blood pressure. He has adjusted so well to all these problems and am glad he really enjoys this Royal Canin food and the brilliant service provided.

tasty diabetic food
Both of my elderly cats are diabetic and they really enjoy these pouches. In fact one of them is not on insulin at present.

My cat likes this food
My vet recommended this food after my cat was diagnosed with renal problems. She has been fed this food for the last two years and likes it. She previously needed hypo-allergenic food but has not had any problems with the pouches.
Perfect
My cat loves her food and as she has digestive problems this is perfect for her.

Visible difference for my cat
My cat is 17 and suffering with kidney disease. His coat became matted despite brushing him - one of the symptoms. My vet advised me to put him on this diet (he also likes the tuna) and within 10 days his coat had started to recover. He is now healthier and his coat much better.

Perfect for my cats
My youngest kitten came to us with a nasty parasite (do not ask how the breeder allowed this to happen)! This causes severe diarrhoea. We tried a number of products but this is product is fabulous. She is almost entirely asymptotic now and, whilst a fussy eater, enjoys the small chunks. I agree with an earlier reviewer that it would be great to stock more flavours (if they have others?) as she can get a bit bored. Can't recommend highly enough!!!!
Cat approves and improves
Our cat was diagnosed with borderline kidney problems which could be managed with diet at the moment. But which food? Tried a couple of products but this is the one she likes. You'd think she would be fed up with chicken but this seems to be appetizing to her, mainly in the evening. At the moment she appears to be doing well on it and is certainly not losing weight.

My (nearly 17 years) old lady cat, was recently diagnosed with early stages of chronic kidney failure. She is a lifelong fussy eater, and I quaked at the thought of how she would take to a special diet, but she liked this Royal Canin Renal wet food (and the biscuit version too) straight away, and eats all three flavours with equal gusto - I was amazed and very happy as well as relieved. Thank you Royal Canin!
He actually eats this
y 12 year old cat was diagnosed with early stage renal failure in August 16, the vet recommended Royal Canin. so bought a few pouches to try from the vet. My cat liked it, but only chicken and is now putting back on some weight very slowly. His normal play and activity levels have returned . Highly recommended, although it's expensive from vets. I don't think you'll find it at a better price than at Zooplus, delivery is excellent too.
Shame they don't do turkey or other flavours

Does the trick for crystals and FLUTD
Our poor little man had a terrible 2015, culminating in full blockage and a major operation (and month of sheer hell) in January.
However, having been told by the vets that he needs a crystal controlling diet now - perhaps for life - we started him on this (and the other flavours). He gets bored of flavours, so we alternate this, moderate calorie and beef (please start stocking beef zooplus!) plus the occasional katovit pouch. No bladder problems since the switch in diet. Great stuff.

A real life saver
My 5yr old cat was very poorly last September with renal failure. He had lost all his condition and was miserable. My vet prescribed Royal Canin Renal and Ipakitin powder and within a couple of weeks he started to improve. 10 months later he is still here, has regained most of his condition and happy enough to play - his quality of life is fantastic.

Oscar likes the fact the chunks are small so not much chewing involved but would like another flavour other than just chicken as he gets bored and takes all day on and off to eat his food.I like this food as it has improved Oscars feline lower urinary tract disease in a matter of weeks and has made him more happy fluffy and content .

Excellent!
My feline daughter was diagnosed with pancreatitis in February and I was told she would benefit from switching to this food. Like the other reviews, this food has really helped her to recover, she really enjoys it and (touch wood) she's been absolutely fine since. This site is definitely less expensive than everywhere else I looked online so we are very happy customers!

Healthy growth
When we got our kitten Ernest we soon realised that he had digestive problems. As a tiny kitten he could empty a room with his wind and the tray was even worse. With this he has managed to grow normally and put on weight. He never had a tubby kitten belly and I wish we had found this sooner. He still needs the extra calories and I think he always will. He's the most expensive cat I have ever had but he is so full of energy and entertaining that we would never swap him for the world.

Royal Canin Urinary S/O
I am so happy that this food is finally available at zooplus. My cat insists on it. All of the other foods we have tried for urinary problems he has simply ignored. The food does its job perfectly. Ever since my cat started eating RoyalCanin he has been healthy and has had no relapses. I can only recommend it!
Good quality but not that appetising...
This is a great product with a really low calorie content, but I can't really say it appeals to my 2 cats... I think they really just ate it out of desperation. The sterilised version is much better, in my opinion - it's got a higher calorie content but it seems to taste better.
