Got this carrier today and it looked great. However when I attempted to assemble it I discovered that the front opening section would not line up correctly and therefore could not be secured properly. I contacted Zooplus and they immediately offered a refund. Very impressed with their customer service if not with the carrier.

I bought two of these for my two kittens, but only ever use one because the kittens seem happier and calmer going to the vets in one case. Perhaps when they get bigger and older they will need individual ones but for now they are fine in one. So far we haven't had any problems but I feel nervous the plastic clips are going to come loose and fall apart. I've also lost one of the plastic clips which makes the other unused carrier left unused... With hindsight I probably would have gone with a wicker carrier.
