Back 2 Biokat 4me
Thought I'd give this a go as my 5cats are used to a woodbased litter but needed a clumping litter as I've got roll and clean litter boxes and it works best with a clumping litter. Yes OKO plus is very absorbent and does clump well but my oh my the tracking is sooo bad. (I also found I was using much more than usual so it was not economical for me)With 5cats using the litter boxes I just could not keep up with the hoovering! So went back to Biokat Micro what with that and the roll and clean litter boxes its become a doddle and not a chore to clean out the boxes. If

best so far
I have two indoor cats who share a litterbox and this is the litter I prefer.Firstly it clumps well it absorbs odour even after a weeks use if scooped morning and evening and my cats are fastidious about cleanliness. It flushes which makes this easy.It does stick to paws and trails a bit so not perfect, I still try anything new but always come back to this I have found nothing better.

Great Product
I started to use this litter for my cat a few weeks ago. I wish I had discovered it a few YEARS ago! It is excellent and well worth the money. It lasts much longer than most other cat litters and is incredibly easy to deal with. My cat likes it too!

Brilliant Litter & Free Cosma Heart Box
I've been using this litter for quite some time now, having used other wood based litters, hemp based litters & even silicon based litters, this is by far the best.
OK, I won't lie, it does still get tracked out of the box on their paws - but on the plus side, it is a mere annoyance when stepped on, unlike other litters which may as well have been lego bricks for the pain they induce when stepped on.
There is practically NO smell with this litter (obviously this will be aided by your cats diet, feed 'em cheap cat food & expect a smell - it's simple, if the cat food smells vile before you've fed it to your cat don't expect it to be pleasant out the other end)I feed my cats a BARF diet, & so I don't have too much of a problem with smell anyway, but this litter even stops the nasty whiffs of cat pee (2 boys & a girl kitty in the house). It clumps really well, but then also flushes down the toilet!!! (Do follow the instructions on the packet though if you don't want to block your loo...if you do incidentally block your loo, add water & leave for half hour or so, then flush away, as this litter breaks down over time in water!!!)
Although this is woodbased, until you get to the bottom of the bag, there is limited amounts of dust associated with this litter (Ideal as I suffer with asthma)Even if you do find an amount of "dust" in the bottom, you can STILL use it & it will still clump together!!!
Yes, the price is a bit on the high side, but to be honest, I'd rather pay the price, than spend forever sifting through dust / hurting my feet as I step on it / taking my cats to the vets with cut paws Or not being able to breathe in my own home! Besides, Zooplus seems to be the cheapest place to buy this litter for the biggest bags!
It IS very economical & lasts a long time & you don't have to worry about unwanted smells (the caveat being that the smells depend largly on what you feed your pet)
The Free cosma heart box was a pleasant surprise & as I have 3 cats, I gave them an 85g tin each for the dinner as a treat. I have to say out of all the cat foods I have tried (believe me there have been many before the BARF diet) this one has the least un pleasant odour- in fact it smells quite good, even from a human perspective. The meat in here is clear & obvious that that's what it is (unlike the usual undefinable rubbish in other cat foods)the Jelly is fairly clear too, which means not so many nasty additives to cause digestive distress. As far as cat foods go, this isn't half bad & the cats...well...They were trying to climb in the bowls as I was trying to serve, from any & every angle! They wolfed it down..even my "anorexic" cat, didnt spend as much time staring at invisible being's & actually got on & ate his food in reasonable time (Trust me, it's not what I feed him...he's ALWAYS been Mr. Distracted when it comes to food & is the reason that a BARF diet became necessary.
I also got a lovely little trial pack of Tigeria Happy Hearts (100% air dried chicken) Which made them all very happy & I had to demonstrate the emptiness of the packet before they would leave me alone, so obviously very tasty & definitely meet my strict dietary requirements for every-day living for my cats! BIG Thumbs up!
Thank you Zooplus! I look forward to making regular orders with you!

Hardly any tracking!!!
The reviews almost put me off because of the 'tracking issue' but i'm so glad i tried this litter!! I have put a piece of Vetbed by the entrance of the litter tray and have found no tracking whatsoever. I really love everything else about this cat litter too: the smell, the price, the clumping, the fact it is biodegradable, etc. My cats are also very pleased. Highly recommended :-)

Actual clumps!
Finally a cat litter that actually clumps without forming layers of cement strata in the litter tray... Very important when you have large cats who wee like the Hudson River! What a relief. Yes, it does go everywhere but I have to sweep up every day regardless of the litter I use. The 40l bag is very heavy and awkward to move/fill up from but very good value.

Best Buy!
This is a very good cat litter. Clumps beautifully and gives excellent absorption and little or no odour. Lasts longer too so better value for money.

I recommend Öko Plus to all the cat owners I know
I was tipped off about Öko Plus last year when adopting a cat from a friend. In all my years of being a cat owner I'd hoped that one day a litter would come along which would be flushable - and this is it! There's no nasty smells from wee or solids, the litter clumps wee so effectively that it doesn't stick to the tray and it forms into a lump that you can just scoop out and flush. Brilliant. No more scooping and bagging only to stink the outdoor bin until collection day. Öko lasts for ages too, so the XXL 40L bag I've just purchased will easily last both my indoor cats four if not five months. Happy pets, happy owner.

Impressive!
This stuff is amazing (although this is my first cat, so am easily pleased)! Clumps really well when wet which ensures the minimal amount of wastage. Masks the smell (of urine, at least). Flushes down the toilet and the rest is OK for the compost heap as and when you require! What more could you ask for!? The instructions were all in German but, on a visit to a pet shop I took a picture of the English ones. However, it's not rocket science...put 5cm or so in litter tray, clean out when required! I didn't have an issue with the smell of it out-the-bag and the cat doesn't seem to mind it!

Catsbest is best
I have used "catsbest" for a couple of years now and can honestly say it IS the best.I have tried many other brands over the years.I have a deaf/indoor cat,so a litter tray is an ongoing requirement.I now buy on line from Zooplus as their prices are very fair.I buy the 40L pack as this is by far the most economical long term.

Great Litter but not fo long haired cats
I loved the idea of the litter, the fact you can flush this is great and it clumps well, looks a bit like sawdust. Only problem is my two hairy beasts track it all around the house. Am now sick of hoovering every 2 mins or walking it into the carpet. Would reccomend if I had short haired cats but back to the drawing board for me.

Oko is the best
I have tried loads of different litters over the last 25 yrs, all the cob and corn to recycled paper!
Nothing and I mean nothing comes close to how well this works ! I have 5 cats and this means no smell , minimum fuss in cleaning and minimum waste. It's brilliant I can't fault it

THIS IS VERY, VERY GOOD!
This is the best litter I have ever used. It clumps and covers well. Best to use a deeper tray, and put in a good depth of litter, I put in nearly three inches. This helps the clumping, keeps the tray cleaner and makes it easy to scoop out. I then drop the clumps into the toilet and allow to soak before flushing. For the first time ever, cleaning out the spoil tray is no longer a smelly chore.
You will get some tracking, but it is easy enough to brush / hoover up.
Strongly recommended.

Great litter
This litter is great as it does not smell, it hides the smell of cat waste and you only need to throw away a small amount at a time. It does not harm the cats' paws and it is not dusty. It does track around the house but this is a small price to pay for great product.

Brilliant cat litter
I can't rave about this litter highly enough! It is really economical, I've found I haven't had to fully empty out my litter trays as frequently as with other litters so it lasts a long time. The urine clumps really well and is easy to scoop, and it doesn't stick to the bottom of the tray when it's shallow like some clay litters. The best thing about this litter is that it's flushable, it makes it so convenient. I find that the only problem is that it does track quite badly, but I purchased some mats and that picks up most of it.

Great
After years of using the cheapest supermarket cat litter I was a bit sceptical about switching to something that seemed so expensive for my 2 cats (one indoor and one an occasional user, she seems to prefer my next door neighbours garden >.<), but i got the large bag and it seems set to last 3+ months (just under half left after 2). Works really well and doesnt smell to bad, is a little on the light side so tracks a bit but doesnt get caught in my long haired cats fur which is great ^^ they did seem a bit sceptical about using it at first although i combined the new litter with the roll'n'clean litter box but after a week confidently removed their old litter tray and litter.

Exceeds all other cat litters
I have four cats and also work as a professional cat sitter. I have used all types of cat litter at home and in my work and, after being recommended Cat's Best by both a friend and one of my clients, I have to agree this is simply the best cat litter around. It clumps well and, because you only need to remove the clumped and soiled litter, is very economical and goes a long way. It minimises odour, is natural, biodegradable and pleasant to use. Cat's Best lives up to its name and far surpasses every other brand of cat litter I have used. I now recommend it to everyone.
