The product arrived quickly - within four days of ordering. Well packed. As other reviews have said the instruction are small and come in the plastic bag with the screws. Took my husband about twenty minutes to put up. Very sturdy and well made. Our cat instantly liked the igloo bed. We have put the atlas in our lounge window so he can look out at varying heights - the cat not my husband! Would easily order again from this company - well pleased

I found the small but adequate instructions for putting the tree together,found the tunnel pipe would be held on by one short screw as if hanging from one of the platforms very high up,so I decided to put it the other way up so resting on a platform & screwed on with longer,more secure screw at a lower level. I had glued rubber discs (cut out from an old hot water bottle)onto the existing wooden disc this stopped the thing from moving & resting on the bare wooden disc itself. Aprt from the above hiccups. I found putting this together easy enough & with the help of two certain little kittens, soon had the thing up & ready for inspection....much to thier approval & they loved it, in fact, once on, they didnt want to get off. great for mulitple cats, great seeing them hiding & playing on it.

We bought this around same time we got our new leather suite to distract our 2 furkids, and it has worked a treat! Its lasted us over 2 years so far, with hardly any wear despite being used all the time. The cats love it and it is still as sturdy as when we first put it up. It was a bargain as well, free shipping!! Both me and my 2 kitties love this site!! I am now secretly on the lookout for another scratchpost (but don't tell my hubby!)

I got this cat tree for my three cats as they loved playing on their small cat tree, but were having a lot of jealousy and fights due to everyone wanting to play on it at the same time. The various levels on this one make it ideal for entertaining several cats at once and the harmony in the house is now much improved. My least confident female loves the high platform and scooting up and down, while the hammock is a great hit with both her and her brother. Her brother is genereally not very playful, so I was amazed to find that he's playing on this tree just as much as she is! The only criticism I have is that there could be a better arrangement for securing the ceiling post, as I damaged my ceiling trying to adjust it properly. A rubber spring at the top or a clamp system would be much better than the screw and fibreboard circle it has.

Very good price, fast delivery, easy to put together. Only the colour is not like in the picture - in real life it's more brown than grey. Our cats like it anyway!

It's been 3 years, and our cats have grown alot, but it's still their favourite possession - to play, climb and sleep on. Hammock fits only one cat now with overspill :)(they are very big cats), so there is a bit of competition. When we need to hoover or move the tree, cats are very concerned and would come and guard it. Lots of fun and fantastic value for money. Have just ordered another one - bigger!
