Ordered before and it's been great but each time we've ordered the rope gets thinner and lasts less time before snapping. Just ordered a new one and the rope is less than 3mm thick. 1 scratch and it will snap. Useless. Don't buy as they've made this product cheaply and it's not as the advertised pictures.

Broken within weeks!

Kittens loved this item, but unfortunately this item is not made to last and the support is held together by staples - which fall out when the items is used for its intended purpose and the scratching post detaches irreparably from base.
