So good we bought 2.
This is a fantastic chunky scratching post. We have two large ragdoll cats and they can scratch & stretch fully with some room to spare at the top. They love it so much we came back and bought a second one!

brilliant tree
One of my cats in particular love this tree because it is so tall he can finally stretch all the way up on it unlike other trees we have had.
It was very easy to put together and doesnt take up much space.

Scratching Post of the year
The XXL Jumbo Scratching Post is fantastic. My Bengal, Rajah, couldn't wait to get his claws into it! He is a big cat, so there is plenty of room on it to stretch! His 2 confedarates, Misti and Suzi (moggies) agreed!
So they have 2 good sized scratching posts, this one and the large one too, so we have 3 very happy cats!

Awesome
Arrived 10 minutes ago, assembled in seconds (2 bolts to attach base to top post) 12 week old kittens were straight to it. Now they are in hyper mode, racing around the room and launching themselves onto the post in a race to see who can get to the top first! Not sure if it's going to get used for scratching but it's doing a good job of being a tree at the moment. My 5 year old cat is not interested in it one bit but it's not been here long and the kittens dominate it so she may use it later. As for build quality it's lightweight but with the base being so large it's not moved a mm even with the kittens launching at it. The sisal is thin compared to others I've got and so is the fabric which my kittens have already started chewing. Will it last long? Who knows, but my cats will have a really good time while it does. I am happy with it and so are the cats. If the sisal does wear out its cheap enough to buy to recover. Buy this if you get the chance especially if you have kittens, they will love it.

She loves it
My cat was scratching the wall paper she had a scratching post but this has stopped her now with two posts she has different areas this one is her fav she likes to climb up full marks
excellent
My two 14 months old boys absolutely loved the scratch post, they fight (playfully) for who gets to use it. This is the tallest scratch post I have seen on the market really, the cat can fully stretch standing on his hind legs, and at a very reasonable price. Well done zooplus!

JUMBO Scratch Post - more like GIANT to me!
Wow! When I saw the box I wondered if it had a tree trunk in it. This is the biggest scratch post I've ever seen! Considering its size and lightness in weight it seems fairly sturdy. My 2 siamese cats were on to it straight away. The only one thing I would like to mention is the same as another reviewer pointed out regarding the sisal rope. It's thinner than on my previous scratch post so not sure how much wear it will withstand in comparison. Will have to see and do a follow up review. Other than that it's a great buy and if my cats are happy then so am I :-)

Great buy
I bought the light grey post at the £18.99 sale price. It is great very tall with a really thick post. I had a 80cm post before which had a thin post my cats broke it after about 8 months. I can't see them breaking this post. It is very well made and looks much more expensive. My cats played on it as soon as I put it together. They loved it right away. Great buy I am really pleased. It is big so you will need a nice quite corner to pop it into.

Kitty Heaven!!
Absolutely love this! I couldn't believe how big it was, the value for money is amazing. I got this for my girl's first birthday and she is completely in her element! :-)

Great after some attention
The post is secured to the base by two bolts. On delivery, one of these would not connect. I thought I could fix it and zooplus gave me a discount as an alternative to returning it. While doing repairs I dumped 10lbs or so of dry sand into the shaft and put 6 self-tapping wood screws though the base. The result is ultra-rigid and stable even under the ministrations of 2 Siberian Forest Cats.
4 star as delivered, 5 as modded and 5 stars to ZP customer service for giving me a discount rather than insisting on return & replace.

Huge.
I have 3 cats, and they all use it, they like to climb up to the top and sit and look out the window's. It is also really sturdy, it has an advantage for the cats to really stretch out, and/or climb up and get all 4 paws dug in.
The best scratching post by far
My two Norwegian Forest cats love this post, they can really go at it with out it falling over, wish I had bought this one from the start!

Great for Larger Cat Breeds
This product is great value. I was worried for the price what the quality would be like, but I was pleasently surprised! We have two Ragdoll cats and it allows them to stretch out and they love to jump to the top and sit on watch from up high. Putting it next to the cat tree gives them the extra part they needed for stretching out and stops them wanting to stretch on door frames
My 2 Norweigan Forest Kittens love it
They really do love it

The cats love it
Surprisingly good for the price. If the sisal rope had been thicker, I would have given this 5 stars, but thats nitpicking.
The base is quite large, which gives it its stability, however it is worth spending some time deciding where to put it!
Value for money I would say
