I have struggled for years to find a food aimed at dogs gaining weight! Everything is aimed at fatty dogs who never see proper exercise! I have a 2 year old Irish Red & White Setter who is exercised every day as well as being a working gundog. As setter owners will know, they are born to run, and run and run. they expend a lot of calories and my boy was very thin, to the point were people commented on his lack of weight. It was very noticeable he was underweight. I was never willing to cut down his exercise and make his life miserable. He had extra portions of "normal" foods but the extra quantity gave him loose bowels, tinned meat, raw meat diets, nothing worked. Until I found this food. I cannot praise it enough. Murphy has gone up in weight from 30kg to 36kg and he looks wonderful and he does not have to have massive portions to achieve it either. The stools are good and less frequent. I cannot recommend this food enough, all my setters and pointers are now on it

I have a standard poodle and poodle cross. my standard poodle after loosing his life long friend my Belgian shepherd, stopped eating loosing a considerable amount of weight. after trying him with differ'nt foods which he wouldn't eat, I bought pro plan. to my relief he ate it. and has a new lease of life. he is nearly 14. my other dog coming off of puppy food also is doing very well on it. both enjoy pro plan and wont eat anything else.

I have two doberman and having tried various dry foods have used proplan dry athletic for large breeds for several months.They do not only love it but the condition of their coats is fantastic. I would highly recommend this product and zooplus service is second to none
