AI-generated summary based on reviews added by customers
This cat litter has its fans, with some praising its clumping ability and odor control. However, many users found it tracks all over the house, sticking to paws and requiring constant cleaning. Some cats even refused to use it, and others noted a change in formula making it messy and hard to clean. Despite this, a few still appreciate its eco-friendly nature and long-lasting qualities.

Nice litter, shame about the tracking
My cat likes this litter, and it clumps nicely so is easy to deal with. However the tracking is dreadful! My whole house is covered in tiny bits of litter from my cat's paws. I put a special mat outside the tray but this made no difference at all. If tracking isn't an issue for you, I'd recommend this product. If it is, avoid!

Great
I love this cat litter. It clumps together really well and covers up the toilet smells. It's a great bonus that I am able to flush it too, which makes life a lot easier! One very slight downside (but I wouldn't rate it lower because of it) is that is tracks quite a bit, but I don't mind having to hoover it often, as it is a great litter.

lasts long time and compacts what my cat does in litter tray but this product is out of stock lately so beware.

Good litter but a bit messy
I quite like the fact that you can flush it and it's biodegradable. My cats seem to like it ans it absorbs the smell more than I was expecting for a wooden base litter. The only downside is that it's so light you end up with litter everywhere in the house, it gets spread by the cat's paws and your shoes very easily.

Simply the Best
We have used Cat's Best (OKO Plus) for many, many years and any time we have tried other litters, we have quickly returned to this. It is so economical! Yes, it lasts for months! Only dispose of the soiled litter, this clumps really well and eliminates smells, use until there is only a cm left in bottom of tray and then clear and and clean tray and refill to around 12cm. Cats and kittens love it!

Cat's Best!
It really is cat's best litter I ever used,no nasty smells, quick and easy to clean! Owners dream..Only minus is that it sticks to cat paws and that makes a little bit of mess when cat jumps out of the litter box other than that superb tried others and always come back to this!

SIMPLY THE BEST
Before this I tried Catsan (stinks), paper litter (gets stuck to paws and treads everywhere) and wood pellet litter, which worked fine, but was costing me at least £3/week. I'm now spending about £3/month and can't imagine I'll every need to change litters again.

Pros and Cons
On the plus side, this litter is very light weight compared to most others. It absorbs fine and clumps well.
On the minus side, I found that it got spread around the floor a LOT more than other litters partly because it is so light and partly because the grains are very large. My cats didn't really didn't like the large grains (sharp on their paws). Odour control could have been better.
I used about two bags of this to one bag of my usual litter (CatSan). Not bad, not great.

Good but tracks badly
This litter clumps and flushes well and traps odours quite well. I change it every 2 weeks - I scoop the mess out without topping up. This was the good bit.
It tracks horribly! Our litter tray is in downstairs toilet by the front door, and the litter inevitably gets tracked all around the front door. It sticks to the front door mat and you cannot just sweep it off; must hoover. The track mat does not help. I switched for silica for a week and it was a bliss, a holiday from constant hoover.

Almost perfect
Previously I had been using the wooden pellet litter but thought I'd give this a try after reading the reviews. The litter clumps well and I have noticed a great reduction in smell. Great price and very economical. My only fault and I feel it is a big one and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the tracking. With 3 house cats it gets everywhere, you have to get used to hoovering every day but on the whole very happy. Cant say the same for the cats, not hoover friendly.

Without a doubt the best litter on the market!
I had two cats (now 14 yeas old) who insisted on sharing the same litter box ever since they adopted me as their human. This litter is brilliant for clumping and odourless but tracking of the litter was a problem.
Sadly one of my cats passed away and I now realise that the tracking issue is only down to cats with long fur between their toes. The cat with long fur used to take great pleasure in physically flicking her paws as she left the litter box leaving a trail behind her. :)

Oko Cat litter
Excellent for urine collection and smell reduction only one problem the litter gets stuck on the paws of my cats and gets tramped through the house, we put a rubber front door mat on the floor in front of the litter tray which collects a lot of the loose litter.

Excellent litter
I have two cats, and have tried many different types/brands of litter. This one is by far the best! Very light, soft on their paws, smells good. It does track a bit, especially as my Oreo has long fur on her paws, but it seems all litter does that to some extent. Doesn't hurt when you step on it which is a bonus! Clumps VERY well, very easy to clear out the clumps, no wastage. Very good value for money.

Cats best oko cat litter
Bought this due to the brilliant reviews, Yes it seem to be good value as you don't have to scoop so much out once the deed has been done But I found it awful for being tracked all over the house, Everyday I'm hovering bits off the sofa out of the carpets, everywhere. I'm not keen on the smell, to me is smells like a guinea pig hutch that needs cleaning out. not sure I will buy again due to its tracking.

Cat's Best Original cat litter
Very absorbent litter, no bad smells, and my cats like the texture.
Same opinion for Cat's Best Original and Greenwoods plant fibre since they're basically the same litter.
- Not economical at all! The bin fills up in 1.5 days instead of 3 with Biokat Organic Fibre Wood
- Lots of dust/powder after... 2 days! (Not recommended for asthmatic cats)
- Stays "dirty". The broken pellets are so big it's impossible to remove everything that's soiled...
- Not much litter outside the tray, that's true, but it's replaced by dust... which is even worse.
We had been using it for years, but recently the quality has dropped and we had to look for something else. It spreads a lot, doesn't clump well, and starts to smell bad quickly. Unfortunately.
After more than 10 years of loyal loyalty: Thanks for the good times, but that's it.
For over ten years, Cat’s Best Original and I were a well-oiled team. For years, I would have sworn by this litter – but what’s been coming out of the bags lately sadly has little in common with the original from back in the day.
Instead of the usual top performance, the clumps now fall apart just by looking at them. The absorbency...
After years of using Benek Corn, I thought I'd give this another try. Well, I sure found out. We were away on holiday for a week. My regular cat sitter immediately told me that the clumps with urine fall apart straight away and are really hard to scoop.
On top of that, I'm really glad I had robot vacuum cleaners running daily both upstairs and downstairs. Both are completely full of granules. Even in the attic, the stuff is everywhere. And our litter boxes are downstairs... Awful stuff. Back to Benek!
I've tried 5 different types of natural "bedding" for my bunny's whole cage, since he doesn't care what he uses for his toilet. This one suits us best 🙂
I don’t know what happened to this cat litter. I’ve been ordering it for 8 years, but the last few orders just aren’t the same as before. It doesn’t clump as well as it used to, the clumps fall apart. I thought maybe it was just one bad batch, but unfortunately it’s happened several times now and it’s still the same problem. I think I’ll go back to Corn Car. That one clumps much better, even though it’s dustier.
Overall, it's a decent cat litter, but I wanted one that doesn't create dust, and this one is advertised as being almost dust-free. I actually find it quite dusty and not so good for cats.
We've been using Cat's Best as litter for our cats and kittens for 14 years now. We're also using it in our automatic litter boxes these days, and it all works brilliantly. The litter is perfectly safe for the kittens too, since it's completely natural. It clumps well and is easy to dispose of. Some packs are a bit finer and can be a bit dusty, but that's only the odd bag. We're happy with it overall.
Very economical, doesn't trap odours and cats don't like it on their paws
Much more economical than bentonite litter. With diarrhoea, it could have been hidden under less than 20 litres and it still would have stunk. Generally an unpleasant smell, and if you have to change all the litter so often, it's not really economical or cheaper than others. Biggest negative: the cats don't like it at all. Even my expert digger tends to run away. With my long-haired cat, the litter always got stuck in her fur, very uncomfortable. I could flush the poo down the toilet, which was practical. The litter spreads around the flat...
I've been using this for years. Yes, it does scatter, but that's the case with any other litter too. Still, it seems like something has changed in the formula lately. It doesn't clump nearly as well, so the whole tray gets 'contaminated', turns dark, and starts to smell quickly. I scoop several times a day, and I used to have to completely change the tray much less often. I could just keep topping it up because it clumped so nicely. It's a real shame because I haven't found an alternative yet!
