This cat litter has its fans, with some praising its clumping ability and odor control. However, many users found it tracks all over the house, sticking to paws and requiring constant cleaning. Some cats even refused to use it, and others noted a change in formula making it messy and hard to clean. Despite this, a few still appreciate its eco-friendly nature and long-lasting qualities.

Lot tie loves this!
so pleased we have found this litter. Lottie loves it. It is very absorbent, smells fresh all the time and is so easy to clean out the clumps etc. A handful or two of fresh litter each day to keep it good. She hates wet or damp feet. (you should see her in the rain flicking her paws)
Her previous two litters, one clumping and one not she really did not like to stand on even though it was cleaned out 3or4 times a day. She really hated the damp spots. We even put down two trays for her but , thankfully are now back to one. It certainly does all it says on the bag.

Awesome stuff!
We have a geriatric cat (20 yrs old)who was starting to find other cat litters difficult on his poor old paws. The result was either little 'accidents' or a horrendous smell as he was unwilling/unable to bury anything. This litter has been fantastic from day one. It lasts an amazingly long time, we've had this first bag of 30l for well over a month. It's odour control is great and our old puss has started to bury everything again now. Yippee! Great at clumping so easy to scoop out the dirty litter and flush down the loo. This is time, money and sense of smell saving. Can't recommend enough.

BEST EVER
I run a Rescue Center for Cats & Kittens - both domestic and feral. We take in over 100 cats/kittens a year so obviously use cat litter continuously. We have used wood pellets for MANY years, but the quality has deteriorated over the years. We have just changed to 'Cats Best' and I now wish we had switched years ago !! It is very economical, clean and the cats LOVE it, which is of course the most important thing ! Would recommend it to everyone - in fact am doing just that.

Cat's best öko plus is the best.
I have always had at least 2 Siamese cats, who can be a bit fussy when it comes to both food & litter. The current 3, older rescue /adopted (2 Siamese and a cat) have taken to öki plus like ducks to water. It is so easy to use, it makes cleaning out the litter trays almost a pleasure. I keep two large trays in the bathroom so it is easy to scoop and dump any clumps or solids in the loo and flush. No mess, no fuss. It does what is says on the packet. We are on our 3rd bag now, having changed from a similar, older product, which retails at a much higher price. Very happy with the change. Thank you Zooplus for the delivery system which allows me to purchase 40l without having to carry it home.

Best Cat Litter in Years
This is the best cat litter I've used in years. When wood and other biodegradable products came out I preferred them and originally considered this as an alternative to Worlds Best which was very costly. Turns out this is the best litter choice for my household and our cats. The cats love the litter. The boxes always smell clean and the clumping flushable litter is very easy to clean. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for an alternative to clay/sand clumping letter. Love it.

Really great in the right place!
I really like this litter - I've literally tried every other brand, cheap clay, expensive clumping, most popular brands but this is by far my favourite.
We've got two cats and this bag lasts for about a month and a half! It's really economical as you cn easily remove lumps and dirty litter with ease.
It's really light litter, which is why it tracks but we've put down some rubber door mats (ones with big holes) in front of the boxes so it catches the litter and we can easily hoover it up.
Definitely recommend this to everyone.

Is the search finally over?!
Finally given this one a go as was getting sick of clay clumping litter smells in our house and outdoor bin.
The odour control is fenomenal and even after soiling just has a fresh woody smell to it. Clumps do break up when fishing but this is no concern as it doesn't smell and presumably any stragglers will eventually clump again in due course and be removed.
So convenient flushing down the loo and no more smelly bin or trips outdoors with bags of poop!
It does track, but providing you have an easy convenience vacuum it's really no trouble. Highly recommended!

Brilliant
Makes the awful side of cat ownership a lot more pleasant, order free and clumps brilliantly it copes with two house cats and is very economical too

very good but messy
i used to use worlds best with which i was quite happy and tried this as an alternative.
it is incredible when it comes to odour - i live in an appartment and always had a problem with odours to some degree - but not with oko plus - it clumps ok, and i flush it down the toilet.
the cats seem to like it as well and use the tray even if it hasn't been emptied.
the biggest problem is how messy it is - my cats are ragdolls with very furry paws (which doesn't help) so every morning the floor allover the apartment is like someone got hold of the jar with the oatflakes and started spreading spoonfuls of it liberally all over!
really oko people > you got a fab product there on some parts: the odour prevention is really really exceptional and i shall keep on using it for this reason but you really got to sort the texture of it somehow - worlds best was so much better on that front

Amazing
Being new to cat ownership I had already tried two other "clumping" litters and been horribly disappointed with how rubbish they were. Only just started using this one and i'm in love already! The clumps are incredible, so easy to remove and don't disintegrate like the other clay based litters i've tried. Leaves the box looking and smelling clean. Yes it does track a little worse than the others but that's a small price to pay for its performance

Truly Cat's Best!
We have particularly awkward house cats, who have 4 litter trays. Previously we'd used a wood pellet litter, but found we were going through a bag every other day. We initially balked at the price of Cat's Best Oko Plus Cat litter, but decided to give it a try. The cats are happy to use it, the clumping properties are excellent, which means unused litter lasts for ages, plus it can be flushed down the loo. It doesn't smell despite repeat uses, and works out much much cheaper in the long run. Would highly recommend!

Fab, Fab, Fab!
This litter is brilliant, it was recommended to me. It clumps well for easy removal, just top up when necessary, my cats like it quite thick and sanitise weekly. Does not stick to cats long fur, bit messy on floor but thats to be expected. I don't flush it down the toilet..

Love that its flushable
I think I may have overdone it a tad by ordering a 40L packet (oops!) Its pretty MASSIVE!!! but this stuff is great. I love that its flushable. I live in a town house, and Gertrude's kitty loo is upstairs on the top floor. Sooooo its lovely and handy to think I can just scoop and flush, and not have the worry of hauling Gertrude poo down stairs to the outside bin constantly. Im a happy kitty mummy!!! :)

Cats best oko cat litter
We have tried lots of cheaper brands of cat litter which were a waste of time and money, and have got to say this is the best. We have two cats who share a tray, and a 40L bag lasts us 3 months, which works out at around £2 a week. The secret to using this litter is to have it deep enough so that the urine doesn't reach the bottom of the tray, forming a solid ball which is easily removed leaving no soggy mess at the bottom of the tray. Yes as everyone mentions it does track but a long handled brush and pan set are easy to use. Cats are happy, purse is happy, so I am happy.

Cat's Best Öko Plus Cat Litter- 30l -- L
This is the best Cat Litter I have ever used for my cat...and I have tried many. It does what it says on the pack and keeps odours to a minimum and the price is excellent from Zooplus.

Cat's Best Oko Plus the best!
I have tried a number of types of cat's litter and this is definitely the best, most eco-friendly as well! I found wood pellets difficult to dispose of in an eco manner; the idea was to put on the compost heap (having flushed any waste down the toilet) but this just resulted in a colony of rats taking up residence! I also tended to have saw-dust all over the house, and had to change the litter every couple of days. I was going to try the World's Best Cat Litter made from whole kernel corn but the mice (in the garage) beat me to it obviously thinking it tasty to eat! However, I haven't had the same problems with Cat's Best Oko Plus, and as the pellets can remain in the tray for up to 6 weeks with occasional top ups when the level goes down with removal of waste, it is super economical as well. The granuals do tend to come out the box on the cat's feet, but no where near as bad as the wood pellets. The granuals clump really well, leading to easy removal of waste into the toilet. In the last few days before I clean out the litter boxes properly I let the amount of litter run down, so I am only disposing of a small amount of litter into the rubbish bin (bagged up of course!). Excellent stuff!

Simply The Best
I've been using this for a few years now and have no intention of changing. Good value for money as it's long lasting, there's no odour and it clumps really well. Yes it's a pain when it tracks all over the flat but that's something I can live with. I like the fact that it's environmentally friendly, I don't put it down the loo but then that's just me. Highly recommend it to everyone !

Significant decline in quality
It used to be the best, now it's dark, creates a terrible amount of dust, and doesn't trap odours. I hoped it was just a faulty batch, but it's been almost a year and it's still bad. I need to find a replacement.
I discovered this litter two years ago, in 2024, as a foster carer for an association, and so far I’m happy with it and so are my little ones. So I’ll keep ordering from you as long as your prices stay competitive and delivery times are respected.
Same opinion for Cat's Best Original and Greenwoods plant fibre since they're basically the same litter.
- Not economical at all! The bin fills up in 1.5 days instead of 3 with Biokat Organic Fibre Wood
- Lots of dust/powder after... 2 days! (Not recommended for asthmatic cats)
- Stays "dirty". The broken pellets are so big it's impossible to remove everything that's soiled...
- Not much litter outside the tray, that's true, but it's replaced by dust... which is even worse.
We had been using it for years, but recently the quality has dropped and we had to look for something else. It spreads a lot, doesn't clump well, and starts to smell bad quickly. Unfortunately.
After more than 10 years of loyal loyalty: Thanks for the good times, but that's it.
For over ten years, Cat’s Best Original and I were a well-oiled team. For years, I would have sworn by this litter – but what’s been coming out of the bags lately sadly has little in common with the original from back in the day.
Instead of the usual top performance, the clumps now fall apart just by looking at them. The absorbency...
After years of using Benek Corn, I thought I'd give this another try. Well, I sure found out. We were away on holiday for a week. My regular cat sitter immediately told me that the clumps with urine fall apart straight away and are really hard to scoop.
On top of that, I'm really glad I had robot vacuum cleaners running daily both upstairs and downstairs. Both are completely full of granules. Even in the attic, the stuff is everywhere. And our litter boxes are downstairs... Awful stuff. Back to Benek!
I've tried 5 different types of natural "bedding" for my bunny's whole cage, since he doesn't care what he uses for his toilet. This one suits us best 🙂
I don’t know what happened to this cat litter. I’ve been ordering it for 8 years, but the last few orders just aren’t the same as before. It doesn’t clump as well as it used to, the clumps fall apart. I thought maybe it was just one bad batch, but unfortunately it’s happened several times now and it’s still the same problem. I think I’ll go back to Corn Car. That one clumps much better, even though it’s dustier.
Overall, it's a decent cat litter, but I wanted one that doesn't create dust, and this one is advertised as being almost dust-free. I actually find it quite dusty and not so good for cats.
We've been using Cat's Best as litter for our cats and kittens for 14 years now. We're also using it in our automatic litter boxes these days, and it all works brilliantly. The litter is perfectly safe for the kittens too, since it's completely natural. It clumps well and is easy to dispose of. Some packs are a bit finer and can be a bit dusty, but that's only the odd bag. We're happy with it overall.
Very economical, doesn't trap odours and cats don't like it on their paws
Much more economical than bentonite litter. With diarrhoea, it could have been hidden under less than 20 litres and it still would have stunk. Generally an unpleasant smell, and if you have to change all the litter so often, it's not really economical or cheaper than others. Biggest negative: the cats don't like it at all. Even my expert digger tends to run away. With my long-haired cat, the litter always got stuck in her fur, very uncomfortable. I could flush the poo down the toilet, which was practical. The litter spreads around the flat...
