Tigerino had an excellent product and they went and ruined it. The “new and improved” litter does not clump as well as the old one did. It also quickly develops a strong ammonia smell despite the litter box being cleaned every day twice a day. The smell was a non-issue with this product before the “improvement”. I have been buying this litter for probably a decade but this is a clear sign that it is time to find another go-to brand.

Both bags received had holes in them that I had to tape up after losing some of the litter. The bags feel different so potentially due to that change.

It gets WORSE WITH EVERY DELIVERY. It doesn't harden, the pieces crumble, it doesn't absorb the smell, it has become very dark. I'm disappointed, this was my favorite sand. I really liked them because they are very subtle fractions, now I have to look for something else

Used to be really good, formed firm clumps. Now it looks like they changed the clay (it has changed color) and it's no longer clumping as well as it should. Sometimes the pellet breaks down entirely, and because the sand is quite thin, it just becomes "un-scoop-able". You end-up with loose, piss-wet sand, and that's not what we want in a clumping litter. I'll no longer buy from them.

I had been happily using the Tigerino sensitive for a long time, until the last 3 bags of it I received. On opening, the litter was very definitely scented, which is a real problem for me, as it exacerbates my asthma. I contacted Zooplus, and they refunded my money which was kind of them, but I really wanted an explanation I.e. was it some sort of error, or is all the sensitive going to be scented from now on
