Half the time pressing the button doesn't open the flap. Definitely not suited to a dog's paws ! The supports included in the delivery (suction cup and external support) are useless, and there is no way to fix the button onto ground outside because there are no holes to fix it with ! Bought for 50 euros here and even though I saw it cheaper in other places I still wouldn't pay more than 10 euros for this rubbish !

I just tried the product: the lid is really hard to open, to the point where I thought I’d put it on wrong. In my opinion, it won’t last long… Everything feels cheap and there isn’t even an instruction manual. I’m sending the product back.
